Apps I’ve built.

An Arabic-learning app with lessons, a crossword, dialect-aware speaking practice with 3D animated characters, and a realtime voice partner. It launched on the App Store and Google Play in 2026, with subscriptions, analytics and release monitoring running in production.

I designed and built the app, its supporting systems and the tools I use to run it. Its lessons come from an AI content pipeline I built, which writes new lessons, vocabulary, crosswords and quizzes, checks them for accuracy and teaching quality, and generates their images and audio, ready for me to review.

The launch involved keeping each user’s data private, configuring the paywall, completing Google’s closed test, and handling age ratings, privacy labels and account deletion.

The first screen I open each day. It pulls in every service ArabyBuddy relies on and puts whatever needs attention at the top. It covers:

• Revenue and subscriptions, so I can see how the business is growing and how it compares with similar apps.
• Conversion funnels, A/B tests and SEO, so I can see where people drop off, which copy and layouts work better, and what people search for.
• Error monitoring and feature flags, so I catch problems early and roll out new features safely.

Your app can have the same: its own figures, from the services it already uses, on one screen.

I’m building RepGarden for Benji, a personal trainer, with a web workspace for trainers and a mobile app for their clients. The planned app brings together workouts, bookings and payments, with a vegetable mascot that grows stronger as clients train.

By day I’m a senior software engineer at a global compliance-technology company, leading platform architecture across teams. My work includes micro-frontends, which let teams develop parts of the interface separately, alongside performance and security services.

Before that, I worked at Coremont, a financial portfolio platform, and AG Grid, the enterprise data grid. At AG Grid I supported developers using React, Angular and Vue and represented the product at conferences.
