   Agree what we’re building.

   We write down what the app includes, what it leaves out, what it costs, when it will be ready and how we’ll both know it’s done.

3. Step 3

   Build, test and launch.

   I build and test every feature, optimise the app for Google and the app stores, and set up monitoring to catch problems early. Then I launch it and hand over the code and the accounts.

Throughout the build, you get continuous updates: recorded walkthroughs, and a project board you can check at any time.
