Services

What I do, and what it costs.

Each with a fixed price, agreed in writing before any code. Start with the review, or go straight to the one you need. Not a fit: marketing sites, Shopify, five-pound fixes, or anything I wouldn’t put my name on.

01 · Live app review

£50 · 30 minutes

See what’s broken before you spend anything else.

Thirty minutes on a call, screen-sharing your app. You leave with a prioritised fix list, rough costs, and a straight answer on whether I’m the right person.

  • A written fix list, worst first, with rough costs
  • The £50 credited against any job that follows

Best for A prototype that demos well and a bad feeling about real users.

01 · Live app review

02 · Go-Live Sprint

from £2,500

From prototype to production and the app stores.

For the app that looks finished and isn’t: the policy that isolates nobody, the webhook that drops subscriptions, the rejection with a guideline number and no explanation. Audited, hardened, live, handed over.

  • Repo in your account, secrets rotated, staging separate from production, deploys you can roll back
  • Live on both stores where needed, with a handover any developer can pick up
  • Every fix verified with tests by me, not by the tool that made the mistake
  • One name on the hook if it breaks, with insurance behind it

Best for An AI-built app with real users waiting, or a rejection letter from Apple.

02 · Go-Live Sprint

03 · Fixed-scope build

from £4,000

A system that doesn’t exist yet, scoped on one page.

For the business run from WhatsApp and three spreadsheets: a control layer over the tools you already use, watching everything and surfacing only the exceptions. Priced once, delivered in phases you can stop after.

  • One page: in, out, what done looks like, one fixed price
  • Half to start, the rest on delivery. You own the code, in your accounts
  • Short video updates while the build is live, so you see progress, not promises

Best for Forty properties, one inbox, and no single place to look.

03 · Fixed-scope build

Also, priced on the call: a keep-it-live retainer, migrations off Lovable Cloud or Base44, a day of fixes, and half-day team workshops.

How I work

Three rules on every job.

  • Fixed scope in writing before any code. Changes are quoted, never absorbed.
  • Half to start, the rest when it ships.
  • Your accounts from day one. Your code on final payment.

Questions

Asked before, answered here.

What if Apple or Google rejects the app?
Rejections are normal and usually specific. One round of fixes for review feedback is included.
Can I have just the audit?
Yes. £400 on its own, and the report’s last page is a quote you can take anywhere.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, as the finisher for AI-built work, white-label where needed. Same fixed-scope terms.

Not sure which one.

Start with the review. Thirty minutes, £50, and you’ll know what’s broken and what it costs to fix. One or two clients at a time, so the review is also how I decide.
