Focused repair.

Fix the problem holding up your app.

A bug, failed build or store submission is holding up an otherwise working app. I complete one clearly defined repair or release task, test the result and give you the changes, checks and next steps.

£1,000–£2,000

A fixed price for one clear task. We agree how to check it is complete before I start. For store work, the quote lists the platforms, what you need to supply and how many rounds of review responses are included.

A good fit

One problem is getting in the way.

01

A key user journey is broken

Sign-up fails, permissions are wrong, or a paying customer cannot get access. A specific action may be slow or unreliable. We agree what needs fixing and how it should work.

02

Signing or build errors stop your release

Your React Native or Expo app runs locally, but signing credentials, build configuration or a failed release build stop you from publishing it.

03

Your store submission needs help

You need help setting up a store listing, submitting a build or responding to a review. A rejection may concern your code, product information, policies or developer account.

Included in the service

What you get.

This service covers one repair or release task for an otherwise working app. Larger changes or a web-to-mobile conversion need a separate quote. If the cause is unclear or several unrelated things are wrong, an audit may be the right first step.

A clear task and completion checks
We write down the problem, systems involved, what needs to be ready and how we will check the work. For store work, the quote also lists the stores, builds, assets you will supply and review-response rounds.
The agreed repair or release work
I work in your repository and accounts. Your quote sets out the work: code fixes, signing and build configuration, store setup, submission or responses to store reviews.
Tests and recorded results
I test how the repaired feature succeeds, fails and recovers, and add regression tests where appropriate. For release work, I record the build and submission checks, current status and anything still needed.
Clear handover notes
You get a record of what changed or was submitted, how I checked it and any remaining limits. The notes include the account or release instructions in your quote.

How it works

Show me the problem. Agree the fix. Check it works.

  1. 01

    Show me the problem

Share what is failing, the build error or the store review message. We check whether it is clear enough to quote as one task.

  2. 02

    Agree and complete the work

We write down what I will do, the price, what needs to be ready and how we will check the result. I then complete the repair or release task in the agreed environment.

  3. 03

Check the result and hand it over

We check the result and record the status and next steps. Store submission includes the response rounds listed in your quote. Apple and Google decide whether to approve the app.

We agree dates before I start. Store reviews, account checks and required testing can add waiting time. Calls are available on UK evenings and selected weekends. I work in accounts you own.

Questions

Before we start.

Can you fix my Lovable, Bolt or Expo app?
Often, yes. I work with React, Supabase, React Native and Expo. We check your app’s stack, the problem and the access you can provide before I quote.
Can this include App Store or Google Play submission?
Yes, if the app is ready for the submission work. The quote lists the stores, builds, setup work and review-response rounds. You provide developer accounts, accurate product and privacy information, agreed assets and test access. Store fees and tester recruitment are separate unless included in the quote.
Can you help with a rejection or guarantee approval?
I can review the message and agree how to respond. Some rejections need a code fix; others concern policies, product information or accounts. Apple and Google decide approval. If the app needs larger changes, I quote those separately.
Can you turn my web app into a mobile app here?
Converting a web app to mobile is separate work. I first check the code and UX, then recommend an approach and quote for it. A working website may still need substantial changes for mobile.
Can we skip the audit if I already know the problem?
Yes, if we know enough to agree the work and price. If the cause is unclear, I will explain what a paid audit would help us find out before I quote a fix.
What happens if another issue comes up?
I explain how it affects the work. If it needs an extra fix, I agree the cost and time with you before starting it.
Is this emergency support?
No. We book the work for agreed dates. If you need someone to respond to a production incident immediately, use an available incident-response or on-call provider.

Working with an agency?

I can do the repair under your agency’s name while you manage the client.

Show me what is holding things up.

Tell me the platform, what is wrong and what you need working. Include any build error or review message. The free fit check helps us decide whether I can help; it does not include technical diagnosis.
