Who is responsible

What I collect and why
If you send the contact form or book a call, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, app link, message and booking information. I use them to reply, assess fit, provide a proposal and, if we work together, deliver and administer the service. I rely on steps you ask me to take before a contract and performance of a contract. Where those do not apply, my legitimate interest is responding to prospective business customers and managing those relationships. Legal obligations apply to records I must keep for tax or company-law purposes.
The site uses Umami to collect limited, aggregate usage and event data without advertising profiles. I use it under my legitimate interest in understanding which pages and calls to action are useful and improving the site.
Services that process the data
The site and contact form use Netlify. Booking uses Cal.com. Website analytics use Umami Cloud unless a self-hosted endpoint is configured. Those providers process data under their own terms. Depending on their configuration, data may be processed outside the UK under their stated international-transfer safeguards. Email me if you want details of the current providers and applicable safeguards.
Retention and sharing
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 24 months. Project, invoice and accounting records may be kept for up to six years where needed for legal, tax or contractual records. I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers needed to run the site and business, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Email me first so I can deal with it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email me at the address above to exercise it.
What you must provide
You do not have to send an enquiry or book a call. If you do not provide the required contact and project details, I may be unable to reply or assess the work. I do not use this website data for automated decisions or profiling that determine whether you can buy a service.
