What you get.

This is for an existing React, React Native, Expo or Supabase app. The quote lists the changes and any release work included. Building from scratch, a major redesign or rewriting most of the app needs a separate quote.

A written plan and price: The plan lists what I will change, what is excluded, how we will test it, the price, dates and who is responsible for each part.
The agreed fixes and improvements: I make the changes across the parts of your app that need them. The work follows the plan we agreed.
Tests and recorded results: I test the affected user journeys in the environments we agreed. You get the test results and notes on anything I could not verify.
Launch help and handover notes: I complete any web deployment or store work in your quote. The handover covers the included operating notes and ownership details, so you know how to run and maintain the changes.

Prioritise the work
We use your brief or audit findings to decide what to do first. If we do not know enough to quote the work, we start with an audit.

Follow the progress
You can see the changes in your repository. If you ask for something extra, I agree the price and time with you before doing it.

Check, release and hand over
We check the work against the plan and complete any included release tasks. You get the code, access and notes you need to take over.

The agreed work normally takes 2–4 weeks. We confirm dates before I start, and most updates happen in writing. Calls are available on UK evenings and selected weekends. I work in accounts you own.

Before we start.

How is this different from a focused repair?: Focused repair covers one app problem or release task. App completion & launch covers several connected changes. In both cases, we agree what is included, the price and the dates before I start.
Do I have to buy your audit first?: Not always. A useful existing report or a clear brief may tell us enough to quote the work. We check that before you commit to an audit.
Can you build my idea from scratch?: Yes. New app builds start from £4,000 for an agreed first version. They have their own quote and timeline. App completion & launch is for changes to an app you already have.See web and mobile app development
What if I need more work halfway through?: We can keep it for later or add it to the plan. I explain the extra cost and time and get your approval before starting it.
What happens after delivery?: You get the code, notes and access in your own accounts. You can also choose a monthly maintenance plan with a fixed number of hours for small tasks.
