Website design and development.

Your website, built to win customers.

Your work is good, and your website should show it. I find out what makes your business worth choosing, write the words, design the pages and build the site, so visitors get in touch or book. You’ll work with me directly throughout, and no technical background is needed.

From £3,000

The words, design, build and launch, all included. If you already have your words, it starts at £2,000. Your fixed price depends on how many pages you need and what the site connects to.

A good fit

Who this is for.

01

Your website doesn’t show what you do well

People who find you can’t see why they should choose you, or the site looks dated next to your competitors. I rework the words, the design and the way people get in touch.

02

You don’t have a website yet

You’ve been running on word of mouth or social media, and you need a proper home for your business that people can find on Google and book from.

How it works

The steps I take you through.

  1. I learn your customers firstBefore anything is designed, I get to know your business, your customers and your competitors, and find out what makes you worth choosing.
  2. I write the words that win themEvery page is written from what your customers care about, in the words they use, so it’s clear why they should choose you and what to do next.
  3. I design your websiteI work with your branding, or help you create it, and design every page to look premium and guide visitors to get in touch or book.
  4. I build your websiteFast and easy to use on any phone, with your enquiry form or booking tool connected. You also get a separate test version, so every change is checked there before it goes live.
  5. I make it easy for customers to find youI research what your customers search for and build your pages around it. That way, people can find you when they search Google or ask an AI assistant like ChatGPT.
  6. I launch your website with the tools to help you growOnce your website is live, you can see how many people visit, where they come from and how many get in touch or book, so you decide what comes next from real data.

You get complete visibility at every step

From the first conversation, you get a project board and preview links, so you always know where your app is up to and can try out each feature as it’s ready. When a decision needs explaining, I send you a short video walkthrough.

How I work

Price, payment and support.

  • How payment works

You get a fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. You pay half up front and the rest when the work is delivered, and if you want to add something later, I price it first so there are no surprises.

  • Support after delivery

For 90 days after delivery, I fix any bug in what I built, free of charge, and you get handover notes any future developer can follow. After that, a maintenance plan can keep your app up to date.

Questions

Before we start.

How many pages will I get?
Most business websites need about five: a home page, a page for what you offer, an about page, a page of questions and a contact or booking page. If you need more, or you’re moving a bigger site across, your quote says so before we start.
Will you write the words?
Yes. Writing the copy is part of every website I build. I interview you about your business and your customers, and you approve every page before it goes live.
Can people book or get in touch through the website?
Yes. People can send an enquiry or book through a booking tool you choose, connected to your website. If you want customers to sign in, pay or manage things on the site, that’s a web app, which I price separately.About web apps
Can I update the website myself?
We agree that before I start. I can set it up so you change the words and pictures yourself, or I can make changes for you on a maintenance plan.
How long will my website take?
It depends on how many pages you need and how quickly you can give feedback. Your quote includes dates and review points.
When and where can we meet?
Calls are on UK evenings and weekends, and if you’re in London, I’m happy to meet in person.
Who owns the website?
You do. I set everything up in accounts you own from day one, including your domain, and the code becomes yours when the final payment clears.
